The Addy Sea

What are the reservation deposit and cancellation policies at the hotel?

At the time of reservation, we require a 50% deposit. Reservations may be cancelled with a full deposit refund with 7-day prior notice of your arrival date. Deposits on reservations cancelled with less than 7 day notice are non-refundable.  There are no refunds for early check-outs. Additionally, between May 15 and September 15, there is a two-night minimum. 

Does the Addy Sea permit children or accommodate pets?

While we love them both, the Addy Sea welcomes guests over age 21 and does not permit pets.

Does the Addy Sea have an elevator?

The historic building is over 120 years old and does not have an elevator.

What resort amenities are offered to guests?

Guests enjoy complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, yard games, and beach cruiser bikes.

Is the Inn and Guest House open to the public?

No. Our guests enjoy the private use of the property, amenities, and beach access.

Do you host weddings and other private buy-out events?

Is breakfast and afternoon tea always included?

Yes!

How close are you to downtown Bethany Beach?

We are located five blocks north of downtown and two blocks north of the boardwalk access.

Do all rooms have a TV?

No. To encourage a relaxing (and quiet) environment for all guests, the rooms in the historic Inn do not have televisions. (Except for room 12). The four rooms in the Addy Sea Guest House do have flat-screen televisions.

Do all rooms have a mini-fridge and Keurig coffee maker?

Yes!

Is parking included?

Yes, depending on your room selection, you will receive a parking pass for either a reserved space on the property or a pass for the adjacent town parking lot.
